I would like to inform any going on the ride the ride to Shatterfields
in Tehachapi that there will be a 6th Anniversary
Party at The Lode in Wofford Hieghts between 2 and 8 pm on Saturday.
All are welcome.
It is a great ride from Tehachapi to Lake Isabella over the Lion's Trail from Highway 58 at the Caliente cut-off to Bodfish. Lots of twisties and nice scenery back in the Paiutes. Robert Lindeman and I made that ride a few years ago after having breakfast at the Apple Shed while accompanying a RAG group headed for Morro Bay and Hearst Castle.

Beeson from the Burners, Johnny Young from 2 Hell & Back, Walter Herleman
from the Howling Dogma Blues Band and myself will be providing music Satuerday
afternoon and there will be free food. The Lode is a very motorcycle friendly
establishment and it should be a good time.
