Photographer Judy and webmaster Don driving our
darn "cage" to Paul's 50th at Panamint Springs...
since our bike is down for repairs after being
rear-ended in Tucson a month ago. sigh
Panamint Springs...and bikers out for a ride!
The welcoming committee....
Time to move the shade...and follow the sun...
That's Krystal's Cora in the foreground....
Road Runner critter!...
That's Judy, Lori and Cap relaxing....
It was good to see Debby getting up with a smile.
She'd been fighting a cold...and not feeling well....
Tracy and Debbie's Mikay and Krystal's Tiffany....
and Tiffany is wearing Krystal's jeans and top!...
Dennis the chef....
Mother-daughter competition begins early....
That's Matt to the right of Paul....
The critter returns....
Happy Birthday... ;-)
That's Mikay looking for baby Sidewinders....
Oh oh.... Dennis's Redneck (St. Louis) Horse Shoes has begun....
The cheering section....
Cora and Tiffany are tough competitors....
The toilets are very nice -- instant hot water, tile,...
Well...there was the matter of the big spider on the men's side ceiling....

Judy...back to the well...
making the best of the relaxing afternoon....

Oh oh! A baby Sidewinder adding to the excitement....
Mikay unloading the firewood....
Dennis...practicing his deep fried buttermilk-battered pickles...
before the big shindig on the coast at Thanksgiving.
It took him three batches to get it right! ;-)
Matt...and the couple Paul still needs to give me names for... ;-)
Debby's feeling a lot better -- the wonders of wine!...
Let's see now...#%@#%$^#^@!...
Carl and his sister were off on dirt roads near Panamint Springs
in their truck...when they came upon a car stuck in the sand.
They got to pull them out -- not once but twice.
They turned out to be the owners of Panamint Springs...
who provided free beer for Paul's party that evening!
Second effort...third effort.... Perfection!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Now t here's perfection!....
Sundown...as we know it in the desert!...
Beer by day...wine by night!...
And Elvis's Brownie recipe brings it home!...
Bill and Tempest...with son Phil and his wife Mellonie...
and I think more kids, Gage and Nolen, here somewhere!...
Tracy claims this spot is from a leaky cup....
That's what he claims....

And Judy claims this stain is baked beans...

;-)

Everyone had a good time...at Paul's expense!...
Thanks Paul....
